    Yeah, that's how it worked at 3.0 too. You could kit out in i170 gear with no capping. They added the second capped tome a month later, along with Alex. I assume the same will happen here with Omega (or Ivalice? Whatever the new coil is).

    Omega is the 8 man, Ivalice is the 24.
