What if I\\'m only really doing 1500 fps. But am heavily padded by a bard or drugs crit boost and other things. Putting my fps at let\\'s say 2100.

You know that's a flat 40% increase and that would require a enhanced balance and several more party and self buffs and a solid rotation execution, right?
Anyways a way to not having this going on would be to have it be PPS like some other user said. Not affected by outside buffs, only yours.
