Better idea:

Stop caring about your DPS. There are training dummies, use those.

The reason people keep asking for legit parsers is so they can do that kind of "low dps=kick" nonsense. No parser, no legit reason to kick. People using unauthorized tools = "report for cheating", people in this game are actually rather shameless and you can figure out who is using them just by looking at the website they upload the parses to.

If this a reason to not have it, then we need already remove the bonus message from the game, because "bonus = kick". At least the glowing can be checked playing and the guy got a chance, while with bonus he is kicked on sight.

The newbie bonus should just be rewarded after completion, don't give the message in advance.

I'd actually go one further and have the server quit reporting damage in the battle window during duties so people pay attention to what they are doing, not the numbers.
