    People won't kick a bonus from a dungeon, trial or raid. Not even from training parties because those are expected to have bonuses.
    However, joining a farm party with a bonus is going to be a different matter. Same can be said about the glowing effect.

    We currently see of PF:
    No bonus.

    what we will see of PF:
    No bonus. No effects = kick.
