Just contact support.

I can't speak for anyone else, but my experience with support (at least on the EU side) has always been to the point and quick. Never had any issues. It's definitely worth a try.


Edit: Try live support if you can. It's much faster than waiting on an e-mail, and that way if they need clarification on anything you can just do it right then and there rather than waiting on a back-and-forth process.
