I've debited my purchase, so yes I have been charged and it went through.Have they charged anyone yet? I got an e-mail saying they couldn't process my payment (remembered then that I'd placed the pre-order a couple months before my bank forced me into a new card), and I had a hell of a time changing my payment as the e-mail told me to do. Ended up trying to do it via Paypal because the website refused to complete the change to a new card... but I've gotten no notice that it's charged yet. As it's getting close to tomorrow, I'm starting to get antsy, especially as the e-mail said, "We kindly ask that you update your payment method by Thursday, June 15th, 2017 or we will be forced to cancel your order."
I'd recommend you try to manually debit your account. If you still get an error then consider taking it up with support or cancelling and repreordering.
