UI Element Alignment is too difficult.

I have created a video detailing this issue, and it is viewable at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3sGXTmiGfgA

Basically, when dragging a UI element, the game waits for your mouse to move five pixels before updating the element's position. This makes pixel-perfect UI alignment virtually impossible. Please fix this, make it so that the when I drag an element one pixel, the element moves one pixel.

Not quite what you're looking for, but if the issue is that you're trying to align your hotbars together, I believe holding ctrl while you move the element will snap it to nearby UI elements, and shift will snap it to the grid.

I seem to remember there being a keyboard command to move them by pixel, but I can't remember what it is off the top of my head.

Edit: Selecting an element and using the numpad arrow keys will move them by pixel.

The key is to overshoot in one direction, then recover on the diagonal. There's a minimum adjustment of some 5 pixels to make an adjustment, but not a minimum interval of adjustment, so you can overshoot and recover. Otherwise, there's the NUM pad.

Actually on topic: Yes, please, to-fellow-element snapping and pixel perfect pixels would be appreciated.
