Yup, pretty much same latency from Florida to EU servers. Maybe a few MS difference here and there but /shrug

You're IRL location can affect lag, too.

But yeah, asking someone to pack up to a newer, more stable server after being established for that long on the overpopulated one is a hard deal. My server is smaller to mid-sized, so I'm expecting on influx of players if these free tranfers hit us.

Balmung HaHa. Balmung and Gilgamesh are going to melt the login server blocking 3/4 of Aether.

Solution: Mandatory transfers off of high pop servers.

What should have been discussed is a brand new server untouched. The dead servers should have had to been merged opening a fresh server up. If we are discussing some sort of compromise all sides should have to make concessions. Another decent thing would be for Balmung and Gilgamesh to be their own Data center.
