i stop playing just before the summer and when i was playing back then this server was packed out with people, and behest was real hard to get into. now i'm back and never see anyone at the camps what happened to everyone? And where is all the linkshells?

people took a break starting about a week ago until patch hits, which should be the 16th

Battle leves and behests are pretty much worthless now, so you'll probably never find people out at the camps. They're either in Uldah shouting for a party or at the grind party locations.
