Returning player looking for active FC

Background:
I haven't played since 2013, and when I did it was only for a month. I completed everything the game had to offer (lvl 50 dragoon, all the dungeons, got top gear, all other classes level 30++).

I met a streamer who was playing FFVII, and he said he plays this game all the time. I told him I would re-activate my account to come play with him. But it's been a week and I can't get a hold of him (maybe he flaked out?).

I read I have to go through the story quests to activate the extra classes, so while trying to do that I have two quests (howling Eye extreme and Moogle Mog Hard). However no parties seem to be forming to do these duties, and it would seem this is something I would need an FC for.

I'm looking for an adult FC who can answer newbie questions as well as actively do raids and other group things. Also preferably with people who are reliable (meaning if they say they will be on, they will be there or at least give a reason why they won't).

Also an additional requirement (and I can't believe I'm saying this), if it has safe spaces and triggers, then I probably won't fit in.
