    I really liked the any class can use any ability approach... I'm a bit upset about the limiting.

    Are we absolutely sure that these changes are really going to make the game better or are they just going to make it more fun for a few people? So far this post seems to be about 50/50. I would be interested in checking this out later to actually see who says anything about liking these changes.

    Changing the game into something more FFXI-like may not be the way to approach it at this point... I know that there aren't very many users, but have we considered the possibility that the only real issue with the game may have been the lack of quests and dungeon crawls? I was really getting into this game after being away for a while and then the game changed completely.

    I'll probably give it a go for a while and maybe the changes will evolve into something more flexible, but I lost a LOT of stuff that I had accumulated over the last year or so. I've been pretty happy with the content changes and all the extra stuff that has gone into the game until now. Changing the foundation at this point seems a bit extreme.

    Maybe it would have been better to simply add to the existing instead of revamping the entire system? I don't know that focused classes are the way to go. It may make the game too much like FFXI... I mean, are we going to get sub-jobs next? I would rather have the original system coupled with challenging group play than what it appears that it is turning into at this very moment. I may find it tolerable if the number of abilities goes up significantly and maybe the spread of what can swap between other jobs is expanded, but right now it is a bit stifling compared to what it was just 2 days ago...
