Mentors should be there to help new players. By the time you are at endgame you should be beyond what should fall within a mentor's responsibilities to the community. Mentors should be there to usher players into the game and community, not to serve as raid instructors. Let guilds / fcs teach their own, and people like Mr. Happy help the community at large.
