If you want English, then your best bet is to jump over to a North American Data Centre (Aether or Primal). I'm not too familiar with Moogle, but you might be able to find something there if you don't want to change servers! Good luck~

There are plenty of English-speaking FCs in the Chaos data centre as well. I do think the Moogle server has an abundance of French players though, so some other server might be a better choice, but even on Moogle there should be some English-speaking FCs.

Moogle is more or less the unofficial french server, try another server from the chaos datacenter or the north american data centers.
