    Programmer's API

    Please pardon me if this in the wrong forum to post this in.

    Does FFXIV have a programmer's API that I can use on websites? For example, to get hero stats, possible chat logging, etc.?

    If so, where can I view the docs on it?

    No API that I know of.
    In fact it is not allowed to use any types of add-ons or mods or extract data from the game.

    It is possible to extract some character data from the Lodestone, but someone else will have to answer how that is done.

    Naw, I could scrape pages and get the data that way, but that's usually frowned upon. I was hoping that maybe the Lodestone uses a publicly available API or something like that. Well, thanks for the response.
