Community Garden

At some point in time I would like to see community garden for our apartment dwellers.

FC's and raid companions come and go over the years.
Give us somewhere we can still grow our crops without having to buy a house.

A good idea in theory. Seems like the devs would have to deal with things, like how many garden plots would there be, what about somebody trying to hog all the plots all the time, that sort of thing. I think it's more likely that we'd see is a small individual planter available or provided for apartments. But a way for folks without a house (or permissions to garden at an fc house) to garden would be a definite QoL boost.

I would think there could be a weekly charge per plot. So that way it could be implemented like the apartments themselves. Or similar to the chocobo stall.
It would entail adding another jump screen, making it an additional area in the residential.
Another requirement could be to have an apartment in the district.
