Sorry, but actually you will use corps a corps 5 seconds before displacement so having 5 seconds difference does not make much sense in my opinion...
Lets ipotize that are having the same cds (35 seconds) and lets say you use corps a corps. When you will use displacement, corps a corps will be at 30s (cause of the 5 seconds needed for melees), when you go again for corps a corps, displacement will be at 5 seconds cd. So when you will use the melees combos the timer will be 0...

Did i miss something? There is no need to have a different time imo...Why you need to have Corps a corps and displacement be at the same cd when disengaging if its obvious you will go in, use melee and go out?

It makes sense if you use both the abilities in the same time (but you will never do in/out in the same time). In that case, and only in that one, you will have Corps a corps and displacement ready to go as indeed....
