So, I've not logged in for a time, and have decided to join a different GC. However, I did tell the TAs that I was interested. They have currently tasked me to help with a downed airship. (which I feel terrible not helping, but I don't know if I can do that w/out then joining them)

I am _not_ a member of the TA company. All the other TA NPCs tell me so.

Can I start the Maelstrom quest to join, and if so, how?
