Script Error

I've gotten this same script error for two days straight. No matter which option I try, it just leaves me with a black screen. Tried to find a solution on google, and tried everything I could find.
-I made sure my IE was up to date
-Changed the Eula Agreement from 0 to 1 on the FFXIV_BOOT file.
-Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
-Restarted my PC.
-Ran as admin
-Made sure firewall wasn't blocking it.
These are the only tips I could find from Google, other than ''use the repair tool'' which I'm assuming is accessed from the launcher, which I can't use right now...none of it has worked
Any way I can fix this? I'd really like to play the game...
