The patch notes for SB will not be available until Lodestone maintenance ends

To the dev team: Can you please give us the patch notes for Stormblood before you start the maintenance at the Lodestone? Those notes are not available for reading during Lodestone maintenance. I want to play the game instead of reading after early access begins.

Maybe they'll put it up on the Lodestone but will also read it later on.
Especially since I believe most people that are going to jump into the Pre-Release on the 16th want to read it beforehand.

Thats what they usually do. Prelim usually comes out a few days early then they do a patch note reading later on.

Heavensward prelim patch notes were -posted- 7 days before the launch. They'll put it up before maintenance even starts and before the patch note reading

They posed the Preliminary Patch Notes on Tuesday for Heavensward and then did the reading on Wednesday or Thursday iirc.
