Best time to finish HW MSQ?

I haven't finished the HW MSQ. I've yet to do the last quest in 3.0 even.

When is the "best time" to finish this up? Will there be a lot of people still doing daily roulettes in the early days of SB or would waiting a month or two be easier/better, or have quicker queues?

ppl will be Lv50 on SAM/RDM, so yes, people will be doing roulettes. but if you're a DPS, u may have a slightly longer queue. id ask a friend to help speed up the queue.

Just do them. You will probably get gear from the MSQ and your Jobquests to gear you up enough to get smootly through 3.X MSQ content. Also roulettes bring a bunch of exp people will not miss, so don't worry about this.
