I think for all the purists and for those who genuinely want to learn about their jobs, all the skills need to be more accurate so that it is very easy to understand when and how to use them. For this example, I'll use a Warrior. This is just an example. Feel free to add your own examples for different jobs.

Unchained - Generate a ton of aggro for the next 20 seconds so you can switch to Deliverance with little risk of losing aggro
Inner Beast - Use this about 1 GCD before a small-to-medium tank buster so the healer can do more deeps
Bloodbath - Really useful in conjunction with Beserk and Overpower so you can self heal so the healer can do more deeps
Overpower - Conal AOE which is great form of AOE and to keep aggro, works well with Bloodbath and Beserk so the healer can do more deeps
Maim - Always have this up
Beserk - Makes your attacks do more damage, great in conjunction with Bloodbath and Overpower on multiple enemies so the healer can do more deeps
Mercy Stroke - Use this on an enemy that is about to die and get a free heal so the healer can do more deeps
Storm's Path - Typically for bosses, makes the target do less damage and allow the healer to do more deeps
Storm's Eye - Typically for bosses, makes you and ninjas do more deeps
Decimate - Really cool AOE that is used for groups of mobs, works well in conjunction with overpower, beserk and bloodbath so the healer can do more deeps
Equilibrium - If the healer needs help, pop this in Defiance. If not, pop this when your TP falls to 800.
Internal Release - Works great in conjunction with Bloodbath, Overpower and Beserk with trash mobs because crit does even more damage and healing so the healer can do more deeps

If fighting packs of trash mobs, cycle through defensive CD instead of popping them all at once
Foresight - Defensive CD for the healer to do more deeps
Thrill of battle - Defensive CD for the healer to do more deeps
Vengeance - Defensive CD for the healer to do more deeps, or use in conjunction with Inner Beast for a large tank buster
Raw Intuition - Defensive CD for a boss for the healer to do more deeps, or use in conjunction with Awareness when tanking multiple mobs so the healer can do more deeps
Awareness - Prevents crit, works well in conjunction with Raw Intuition
Convalescence - Defensive CD, works especially well when in Deliverance so the healer can do more deeps
