Status effects on crystals in Frontlines.

When you apply status effects such as "Physical Down" or "Vulnerability Up" on crystals does the damage amplification apply only for your Grand Company or does it apply for anyone hitting the crystal?

I'm wondering since if the case were the latter using such abilities when outnumbered may be more detrimental than helpful when fighting over a crystal.

I wonder too. Especially if I'm BRD and I Foe Requiem + Battle Voice it. Sadly I never see any BRD do it even if I ask.

It's applied for anyone hitting it because crystal is shared. Same goes for hunts etc.

Yeah, things that apply a debuff to a target will work for anyone that hits it, and that goes for ice crystals too. Hence why singing Foe isn't recommended if the enemy GCs have more casters than yours, same for applying Full Swing/Trick Attack when you're outnumbered on that crystal, you're helping them more than yourself. On the other hand, it means it can be valuable to sing Foe even if you don't have a caster in your party, for example if the other parties in your alliance have a lot of them and the enemy GCs aren't there yet. It also works on people, for example if the enemy GC is in 1st place and being attacked by both yours and the 3rd one, you can sing Foe to boost the 3rd GC even if you don't have many casters in your own alliance (though that's assuming they would actually go after the GC in first place, so good luck with that).
