To be fair a good majority of those questions usually come from NA. When there are EU Q&A you do get a few of those but it's not as much.

Pretty much. We don't care AS much for these dump features like NA does. Just look at previous Q&A when NA community been asked

That might have something to do with the fact that NA has more than twice the amount of players than EU.

Also if you read any Q&A thread you will see many good question being asked, they just never make it to the live letter due to whatever selection process they have.
