Outright saying no or rejecting an idea is seen as being rude in Japan, hence why they usually give unclear or vague answers such as "Maybe in the future" or "please look forward to it". Obviously there are examples that Yoshi-P DOES say no to, such as official Parsing and Add-on support, since PS4 players currently do not have access to those.

It's why people think everything they ask is something that will come soon (TM), when it's just Yoshi-P likely just politely saying "probably not", "we'll think about it", or "If we do it'll be very low priority on content to add".
