    Terrible experience with GMs

    I recently contacted the GM service in game regarding an issue with automatic reclamation.

    I am the leader of a friend's FC (passed to me due to absence), who I haven't spoken to in a while, that owned a housing plot which a few months ago was reclaimed by the automated system. I had not logged in for some time as well.

    Supposedly emails were sent to the addresses of members at the time when the house was reclaimed and that there was a limited time to recover the items. I received no such emails about this (I check every day, including junk mail).

    The GMs informed me that there was a limited time to recover the items, and to check the caretaker (after I had already stated that I could not recover the items). I then proceeded to request the use of my "one-time item restoration" to recover the gil that was lost from this, if nothing else. My request was promptly ignored and I was told they will not help any further and to leave feedback on the forums.

    As I was told that the GMs cannot help with this matter, I requested it be addressed by people who could. This was also ignored and my ticket was closed.

    As a long time customer who purchased 1.0, and has been playing since the release of 2.0 I am disgusted with the lack of service the GMs provide. On the few occasions I have contacted support I was never provided any assistance and offered nothing but empty "sorry for the inconvenience" lines.

    Awful housing system accompanied by an awful support team. The next time I have an issue I won't bother contacting support, as it is nothing but a waste of time and energy.
