I've run into TONS of situations where I'm doing a duty or whatever with people that clearly have no concept of their role and when you try to help them, they get extreme defensive are start screaming elitist oppression even though you were being polite and helpful. And I have to tell you, it gets extremely frustrating to constantly carry people because they don't want to learn how to play the game.

Which leads me to believe that there are a lot of people in this game that just do not want to contribute to their parties. Their idea of "play how I want" means "you pick up my slack", and they want to keep it that way. For those of us that do actually try, that makes the game suck. Which is why I think the parser should be public to the party, (at least for end game duties) so that if you simply don't want to contribute, you can no longer hide behind "playstyle", it's just you being lazy and everyone can see it and vote dismiss you for refusing to play as part of a team.
