Was dummies will tell you if your efficient or not.

If your the I level the dummy is set to and you smash it in the time limit your being efficient. If the can't smash it your not.

It's incredibly simple and incredibly accurate.

Sss gives you a target for your I level. Which is something a parser doesn't do.
