No preorder code

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere else but I'm having some issues with my preorder for Stormblood.

I purchased it through the store.na.square-enix site and I got an email receipt for the order but I haven't gotten my 18 digit code to enter on the early access site. It's been a couple of hours at this point.

My coworker preordered his through steam and got his right away.

Has anyone else had this issue / if so what did you do?

Pre ordered mine through Amazon and got it on the second day. So don't worry too much. Just check your email occasionally.

Did you do it through the SE site as well or through another retailer? Either way that's reassuring that it's not just me xD I remember I had issues with the HW preorder.

I'm currently on hold with SE now. I did get an email back from their CS team saying:

I've been watching that like a hawk,up until literally just now it only had the instructions box available. Got it now though finally.
