My last post was flagged "resolved" when it was NOT

I posted about a constant 90006 error on both NA data centers but when logging into Mana (JP) data center, connection was fine. Platform stays connected on all other games. All other devices on router stay connected. Even tried new router, setting a static IP, setting a static channel, opening ports, etc. Still constant disconnect. I am not a JP player so staying connected to JP servers are absolutely no help.

I provided my information, hoping someone could look into it and my post was flagged into "resolved" with ZERO input, ZERO feedback, and ZERO effort to try and ACTUALLY resolve it.

That is NOT cool and NOT okay. Very unprofessional.

I do think it would have been nice if they had confirmed why it was moved to resolved, but they don't generally comment/update posts for us to see. I think their logic in moving it to resolved is because it's not a problem SE can solve. They can only fix problems with their datacentre and if it were a problem there, the majority of players would have an issue. Yours sounds like a routing problem (it's come up quite a few times) and it's a problem with your connection to them which they have no control over (the route you takes is completely down to your ISP).

Sadly ISPs are generally quite unhelpful with resolving things things like this (the same ISPs seem to come up a lot too...) and a lot of players with similar issues have had to resort to using VPNs/tunnels to get better routing. Using a console over a VPN is quite a bit trickier, although I saw from your previous posts, you're connecting from a PS3? I only ask because, as you probably know, you won't be able to play with that after Wednesday (Thursday is maintenance and when it comes back on Friday, PS3 support is dropped).

The best thing you can do when you next have problems is to run a tracerourte (tracert 204.2.229.9 from a command prompt) and those results should confirm where you're having routing issues (and maybe your ISP when confronted with it will route you around them, but that's unlikely...) 204.2.229.9 is an IP you can use to test for Aether/Primal (they're in the same physical location so you don't need a specific server IP, it's the route getting there you're interested in).

Sorry this hasn't been much help

Yeah I'm just making use of the free ps3 time. But I've noticed many on PS4 and PC are having similar issues with all sorts of different ISPs and router brands and strengths.

My curiosity gets the better of me and it drives me nuts when anything goes unanswered lol.

I've also noticed that connection drops occur much more during peak hours. During low pop hours I seem to stay connected much easier.
