Several hours later, nope, nothing.

Check the e-mail account you've registered on your SE store (this may be different from your e-mail registered on Mogstation...). Also, you may find the code from your SE store account (this happened to my partner...no e-mail).

I appreciate the advice, but I have one e-mail registered for both. E-mail account has the e-mail with the receipt quoted in the original post, but no e-mail with the code.

Check the "orders" (or something similar) tab. The preorder code was there for my partner, had to go to orders and then check details or something... Was really hard to find!

I got my code a few days after I pre-ordered. Granted it was a month or so ago so the hectic rush everyone else is doing now wasn't likely hammering servers then.

So be patient.

Thanks. That might be the issue. I'll probably check back in a couple days, if it's not there then, I'll look at ordering from a more competent third party.

I got the preorder code in an email after preordering. Maybe check your mail account?
