Garo gear for lvl 30?

Before flaming me because I know lots of people use this gear as substitute for fast ilvl at 60, read what little do I have to say.

Since PvP will be opened to people starting lvl 30 with the revamp, wouldn't it be more logical to downgrade the garo gear to 30?
I know it was supposed to be the latest PvP gear, but with it being 60, the players who doesn't possess a lvl 60 and all the new ones who will join in SB won't be able to equip it before reaching lvl 60. This mean they can't have the title and they can't participate to the garo event to try obtaining the mounts.
But aren't event supposed to be opened to everyone? Isn't it the reason to why you change the Yokai event from grinding fate with the corresponding job for the minion and weapon to farming fate with any job for any minion and weapon?

Lvl 60 may be fast to reach for some people but keep in mind we are not all the same

The duration of this event is so long that it is technically open to everyone. There is no need to make it "easier" now - think about it like someone joining the game on the last day of any of the "regular" events and not getting the stuff.

Well, the title, keyword "Title" you receive for obtaining all the pieces of gear for the event is for those who have taken the time to reach level 60 on all their jobs.

However, you only need to level 1 job to 60 to work towards obtaining the 3 mounts as long as you are using the title you received from that 1 job. So with that in mind, there is no reason to change the gear to lv 30 since the title reward is an achievement for those who have gotten the jobs at 60 and are capable of wearing the set for each job.

Which is why I find it a flaw that the reclaiming of the gear at the salvager is tied to the title achievement. I don't think such a basic function as reclamation should be limited time - just getting the gear should be enough for that >_>

No, not really. If you look up any gear with a Morale Stat on it, the PvP stat, there only exists gear for level 50+ with PvP qualities on it. This would require them to make many more items than just the Garo stuff, which is supposed to be linked to level 60 achievements, since you can't get the achievements from the stuff in the Gold Saucer.

The event has been going on for months and months.
It wasn't something designed for stormblood or for the new pvp introduced in stormblood.

I would not count on them making retroactive garo gear.
Honestly i wouldn't be surprised if they did away with the "morale" stat and made the pvp gear basically just be glamour. With pvp caps the way they are morale does literally nothing

Don't see why people are against this. The titles are what let you reclaim the gear, which is only available if you have a job at level 60. Plus, the final title is only available if you have all jobs at level 60. It's a pretty silly requirement that has nothing to do with pvp.

This will never happen because it would mean greatly lowering some character's item level.
