When will Garo event end?

Isnt there a npc that sells replicas of garo gear in GS aswell? Or that is also just for the saucer event?

There is - that NPC is not related to the recent Gold Saucer event, but to the Garo "event". I would expect them to vanish once that collaboration is over.
