Can we get some sort of content gate for level 70 content?

Yes and no. I can currently queue into The Vault with Ironworks gear and not a single Bard skill; not one. I wouldn't call that a content gate seeing as how level is largely irrelevant. Anyone who has experienced Ironworks gear in the Vault knows how fun that is. You should at least be required to wear appropriate gear.

Gear wise outside of tanks you can pretty.much wear 130 itonworks all the way to 60 without any issue at all. Tanks can make it to 58 without any difficulty.

If storm blood is remotely similar players in 270 stuff will probably find it will take them all the way to 70 without issues.
