Can we get some sort of content gate for level 70 content?

I'd rather have the lvl 70 dungeons be tuned to a point where if you had ice mages in your group you couldn't actually win, but we all know that won't happen because "muh casuals" AKA "lazyNAplayers". What we will probably get is 6 monsters blocked by a physical wall, that only opens when you kill said monsters, followed by a very easy boss.
