this sounds great, it doesn't need to be super hard, just something to check if people have 3 brain cells working.

Just so you know, you get level 70 gear when you do your level 70 class stuff. So there's no excuse for people to have too terrible armour

Gear level isn't what I was referring to. More to do with making sure players can do some sort of rotation based off of tooltips, even if it's not quite optimal, rather than whatever some of those people you encounter in the duty finder are doing.
