Just had my first contact with a GM today throughout my entire career of Final Fantasy XIV. I was worried and nervous, but GM Zeigunav was extremely helpful and considerate the entire process. Thank you so much for your speed and efficiency with which you handled the report, I really appreciate it so much! I had heard only nice things about the GMs before today, but now I know for certain just how amazing they are. Once again, thank you so much!~ <3

Indeed. Zeigunav especially seems to stand out from most GMs in not only thoroughly understanding reported issues, but freely acknowledging their apparent state and even being aware that blacklist is not a blanket solution when public channels are involved.
