    Trying to install Steam version, keeps failing

    I have been trying all day to play FFXIV, but every time, every fucking time, it stops, and tells me it's unable to download files, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!?!?!?

    i had this problem before too, the way i found to solve this was to use a VPN called CyberGhost VPN and patch the game with it up. make sure to keep CyberGhost VPN running the whole time the game is patching. it will take longer than your usual download speeds though i believe but it will fully download the game.

    no, just press start and it should just choose a random one. than start updating the game
