    Stormblood Tome Conversion

    I remember this happening when HW was released, the uncapped tomes were converted into poetics.

    Does anyone remember what the conversion ratio was? Also, was it the HW release patch that made the poetic gear only cost half the amount of poetics then it was previously? I'm assuming things will be very similiar for SB with lore/scripture tomes.

    If memory serves, you get 500 tomes by trading 2000. So it was 1:4 ratio.

    Does anybody have any idea if poetics acquisition might get nerfed for level 50 content?

    There would be no point in nerfing it. The currency is an incentive to run old content in the DF and will only be used to purchase "old" items, regardless of the current expansion.

    I'm hoping they just make all old content share the same currency. Having a bunch of different old currencies would start to get confusing.

    That's what they said they would do, lore and scriptures will be able to be converted to poetics, lore and scripture gear will cost poetics.
