I feel like you're going to have a really hard time with Okuu due to the nature of some of her appendages, and the lack of wings, and the lack of shirts with huge spooky yatagarasu eyes in the middle, and the lack of ginormous bows, and the lack of badass space capes.

For Reisen, you might have an easier time with her first design (the one with the jacket), since I suspect you'd reasonably be able to use the Scion Adventurer's Jacket. It's too bad you can't dye the tie and undershirt, though. >:T Skirts are... usually pretty tough. If it's for MCH, you can try the dyeable equivalent of the Foestriker's Skirt -- it's level 50; I can't for the life of me remember what the set is called right now. Of course you'd want to use one of the bunny ears headbands. Then for shoes... well, I think there should be some that have socks included, although I can't think of any that look rolled down like Reisen's do.
