IDK all of the cloth coats in the game, but the 2nd coil allag coat can be died white and might get somewhat close to this, also might not.
Then you cant quite do a flame sword liek this, except the closest swords are hive, ifrit, and relic swords.
there might be Lv60 coats from crafters, which i hardly look into

I suggest you start by going to the market board and try clothing sets on, enable the preview dye option to make them white, mix and match (save the outfit to easily swap out one peice of gear but keep others) then just write them down and farm/craft/buy ^^!

I'd say the Midas allagans coat too, and maybe the crafted ravana sword
