DEV REQUEST: please let us toggle FATE music

As the title says, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us toggle FATE music on/off in system settings.

If I'm on lvl 60 sitting at a S rank waiting for people to gather I'm not interested in hearing the battle music from the lvl 3 FATE I'm standing in. If I'm out gathering Ramie on BTN I'm not really interested in hearing the FATE music my nodes happened to spawn in. If I'm just riding through a zone jamming out to the mount music from my Rose Lanner I'm not interested in that music being interrupted because my path takes me through a FATE. In short, anytime I'm not actively clicking "level sync" to join a FATE, I don't want to hear the music from it. FATE music is generally annoying and disruptive IF you aren't participating in the FATE. If you are, then it's completely appropriate.

This game has an amazing music track, but FATE's are responsible for me toggling off BGM 90% of the time. Show this thread some love. If we can get enough traffic or likes it might actually end up on the Dev Team's radar.

There's already an option in the GUI for turning off mount music. I wonder how hard it'd be to add toggles for FATE music and combat music. (If you turn off FATE music but have combat music turned on, the combat music will play if you get engaged in combat in said FATE)... This has my support.

I'd love a toggle for combat music. I don't know what it is about it, but the HW field combat music just sends me to sleep.

So much this as well as the OP suggestion! I love listening to the background music too, FATE and Battle music get on my nerves sometimes, would love the option to toggle those off as well.

Yes please. Sometimes, esp when fate or leve grinding, it gets very monotonous.

I agree. If I'm mining my own business and a fate spawns, I'll just go stealth mode and keep on. Sorely missing Twilight over Thanalan. It's especially bothersome on PS4 where I'm stuck with in game music and can't just have my own at any time.
