you've never played another final fantasy have you? Every one that has limit breaks they are always QTE like mini-games.

I haven't played any that had a QTE that I can remember. Other than this one I've played dawn of souls and ffiv.
Like I said it depends how they are done though. I'm not a fan of random "press these buttons in this order" mechanics popping up and if they have to be done while dodging additional mechanics I can only hope they won't be of the "one person fails QTE = party wipe" type.

I'd love for them to be used in a phase transition. So let's say you're in the limit break phase, and you have to QTE to mitigate damage against the boss. Fail too many QTEs and you die. Bit like how the single button QTE works in A11. If you don't press it in time, you die.Like I said it depends how they are done though. White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
8 and 10 both had QTE limit breaks.I haven't played any that had a QTE that I can remember. Other than this one I've played dawn of souls and ffiv.

It would be nice if they went to a personal limit break gauge instead of a party based one, if for nothing else than someone wasting it right before a boss just to troll.
