go to A12, the tank LB is kinda required for that fight both normal (kinda) and savage, so you will see it thereif you beat the other tank who is also crying in joy for the chance.

I would love more of a personal limit gauge. Yes the attacks may not be as visually amazing if they go that route, but be more interesting then now.
Its a shame the tank and healer LB are so situational they barely ever see any use outside of scripted events such as Alexander Prime. Outside of that I only use the tank/healer LB to "remind" DPS that forget it by using it after the last boss of the dungeon is dead.
How could they change the tank and healer LB so that it would be viable to use? What if the LB's were separate for each job? So the tanks and the healers could use theirs freely without sacrficing the damage potential of the DPS LB? Would it disturb the balance of the game too much if tanks were granted a 10 second damage reduction party buff once or twice per dungeon? And the healers be granted a party wide benediction once or twice?*
*Note that im referring to lvl 1 and 2 LB's that you only get in 4 mans.

For MNK their limit break could have an extra, like: refill 3 stack of grease lightning at the end of casting :3

Each player should have a separate LB gauge. The whole shared gauge thing is idiotic.
I would be happy if I could chose the colour of my lb that make me happy enough overall i like all lbs, the heals lb 3 is very beautiful, like a small hope in light in the stars, thus warrior bringing burning stone from the floor.
I think individual limit breaks like in FFXI where you can chain them to give extra damage (for the dps) Healers could use theirs for big "oh crap" moments and tanks could use it as a great dmg reduction tool or something would be a good addition.
Be nice of the tank ones maybe had some enmity attached to them. Like a pretty huge enmity boost varying according to level. Or maybe had a raid wide convalescance style effect.. i dunnoAnd even LB3 is only used when things went seriously south. Similarly, tank LB is only used when the encounter says:"Raid wide damage that guarantees wipe without tank LB incoming".
Since LB is a group resource, it pretty much falls under the DPS meta, which means tank and heal LB should never be used unless you absolutely need it and otherwise you just pick the one that does the most damage - Ranged for AoE, Melee for Single-Target.
I don't think there's anything you could add to the healer or tank LB that would ever trump the DPS LB's damage... except even more damage. I think personal LB's in addition to the group one make the most sense. QTE's would just punish those who suck at them and end up discouraging use. Imagine blowing LB2 because you fat-fingered it during a hectic moment... you'd feel like crap and other players would make sure you did too. And even now, because the LB builds up so slowly and is shared, everyone is hesitant to use it outside of the last boss, even when it makes sense. There seems to a pervading fear of "using it wrong" in the player base, which is a huge sign of poor design.
