Stormblood/Heavensward Pre-Order

Hey all, I've just come back to the game after a long break. During which I skipped essentially all of Heavensward, hence I didn't bother purchasing it.

Where I run into my problem is that I had read on the Square Store that pre-ordering Stormblood also came with access to the Heavensward content. However, after pre-ordering and redeeming my code my account still shows that I haven't purchased it. And I'm still locked out of floor 41+ of Palace of the Dead.

Is there anything I can do on my end to unlock that content? I had thought that I'd be able to grind out levels 51-60 of PotD while I had a day off today to level my jobs before the servers went down. But if not then it is what it is.

I appreciate any help y'all are willing to give.

If you have Stormblood early access, all of Heavensward's content will unlock for you on Friday with Stormblood.

Or you could buy Heavensward separately for that extra thirteen hours of Heavensward access.
