    That score is about right for that video card and cpu.

    But yeah, you should be fine for Stormblood anyway. Not gonna be 60fps everywhere at max settings, but it should be playable.

    More ram, a better video card, and an SSD would be the three things that would improve your performance...cheap is a matter of perspective.
