    Error 24202 Solution

    To anyone who is getting error 24202 when trying to update their subscription using a credit card I found out what was causing it at least for me. You need to allow third party cookies specifically na.gcsip.com and gcsip.com. If you are using chrome you will notice it blocking these cookies when you try to pay. I couldn't find a solution online for this issue so I hope this helps some people.

    1. What browser are you using
    2. Have you tried to clear cache files and all temp files within the browser options
    3. Try another browser

    That is the easiest things to be doing in the short term

    Other things that have been noted in the past.

    1, Check to see if your Bank Account as a pending payment to Square Enix (Telephone Support)

    2. Contact Square Enix Customer Support

    Hope these help sorry there is no real quick fix for these two steps

    This is my first time posting on these forums and don't want to get off to a bad start but I don't think you read what I posted. I was simply posting a solution to a know problem that has never really been addressed at least from what I've seen. Like most people I've tried everything suggested and it didn't work because it wasn't the real cause. Just trying to be helpful because I know this can be really frustrating.
