This year's Little Ladies gear isn't available at the calamity salvager?

When I did the event, my character was female, so I bought the female version of the gear. A few weeks later I switched to a male character and wanted to use a few pieces of the Little Ladies gear, so I went to the calamity salvager to buy them, but they weren't there. It's kinda weird because the Scion gear we got from the MSQ is available at the recompense officer, but we received that gear after the Little Ladies event. All the gear from the previous events are available if you have done the events, why not this one?

Same issue here except the reverse. Turns out I was supposed to buy both gender versions during the event so it could be unlocked. I've thought about emailing squeenix but methinks its probably a waste of time.

That's so... weird. I have both versions of every other events' rewards even though I only ever bought the female versions. I thought it worked with the achievement :/

If you're suggesting that you would need to buy both versions during the event to have them unlocked at the Salvager later, I have to say you're wrong - I bought both versions (just checked my armoire and both sets are there) and I dont have an option to rebuy them at the salvager (or exchange them for each other). It would have been fairly odd aswell since the system checks for achievments to unlock the gear you can buy and not wether or not you've obtained that gear actually.
So whoever told you that you would had to buy both sets to unlock them wasnt telling the truth.
I can only imagine that this is some sort of oversight by SE thats gonna get fixed hopefully.

I hope it's an oversight and not yet another in-game feature we're losing because of the cash shop.

We lost tradeable furniture, lost marketable furniture, and they made all green-rarity dyes harder to obtain from ventures after they also became purchasable from the cash shop.

This is what I fear as well. I really really hope they just forgot about it.

I call those dyes being on the cash shop originally and being added in as venture items in one of the heavens ward patches? I think the same one that introduced Void Ark? Am I remembering incorrectly?

Jet Black, Pure White, Metallic Silver and Metallic gold were ventures only.

Metallic Blue, Red and Green were cash shop only.

SE realized how popular were Jet Black and Pure White, and added them to the cash shop, but as a compromise made all cash shop dyes available through ventures as well, since then there have been 2 versions of every new dye released, one cash shop and one ventures, but when this happened the chance to get dyes from ventures was lowered dramatically to lower their availability in the market.

Those of us who sent ventures before the drop nerf happened have 20-40 of each (untradeable) pot of dye saved, since the nerf I've got those dyes maybe twice in years.

I've also tried purchasing the male outfit from the calamity salvager since I fantasied from female to male lalafell. Nothing's there, so I assumed 3.556 or whatever patch we're on atm would bring it, but it's still not in the menus to buy. I think they forgot or are going to roll it into 4.0 so they can release everything at once.

Perhaps this is something that has slipped between the cracks due to focusing on the releas of the expansion pack?

That said, one thing I did notic is that the song birds are performing in the Gold Saucer. Doesn't help with the outfit, but I thought it was a fun and interesting aside.
