DPS don't have to DPS

Well then, a lot of you DPS are already ahead of the game because you don't do that now.

Though I do see threads coming up about how other jobs have utilities to benefit other members and probably won't use them. Though these fights are not intended to use healer damage to get through it doesn't mean their design doesn't allow it to happen. I guess the salt from us white mages has finally filled to the top and is sprinkling over the other jobs too.

I really do not understand how one equates what Yoshi-p said in that they see the game as pretty strict to the holy trinity in that Healers should not have to DPS...with "NOONE HAS TO DO THEIR PRIMARY JOB!?!?!?!"

I for the life of me just cannot understand that thought process. Yes, healers that don't DPS are annoying; just like tanks who don't stance dance and DPS that cannot do a rotation to save their lives. Neither of those things is game altering the way people whining about non-DPS healers would make it out to be.

And it becomes annoying when people who want the best of the best of players don't strictly play with the best players. Forcing someone out of their comfort zone is utter bs... If A12S was cleared with the WHM having 0 dps, is it REALLY that big of a deal?

I wouldn't be surprised if there are parties everywhere with single healers because RDM or single Tanks because SAM and their 15s 20% damage reduction CD + 500 Potency self heal.

I'm just waiting for the inevitable one tank, seven red mage parties.
