Remove limits on character count per post and daily post quantity

These limitations serve no purpose other than to stifle discussion, and a forum where you can't discuss things freely is missing the point of its existence.

While I do agree on that, the forums had this system since they launched, so it's unlikely they'll ever change it. At least for the post character limit, we can bypass that by editing our posts and adding additional text.

These things still exist simply because nobody is speaking out against them. Nothing in this world changes without people attempting to seek change.
