While the Scions are going to Ala Mhigo and Othard ostensibly for the revolution, I seem to recall their bigger concerns were Shinryu and Omega Weapon...

...yet, where are they?

As for Y'shtola, I guess she should have switched to AST. Flowers haven't been good for her health, I guess.

Well they aren't going to show ALL the cards, and in fact things like Y'shtola's grave injury are probably there to mask whatever spoilers will happen with those two. Omega atleast might not show up until the raid, and Shinryu almost certainly will as well but its still a fairly good point to expect one of them to wreck havoc at some point late in the story.
